We are looking for a Relationship Officer for Al Sharqi Pakistan Pvt. Ltd to join our fast-growing inbound sales team. We are looking for candidates who is enthusiastic and energetic.

Relationship Officer Responsibilities:

Connect with potential customers through a variety of inputs (phone, chats, email, Social Media channels i.e., Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter).

• You will be talking to business prospects around the world, so every day will be different!
• Reporting & Communicating with overseas multiple departments to ensure feedback is communicated around initiatives, products and campaigns.
• You must have a strong entrepreneurial mind you have an excellent understanding of sales processes and know how to base your decisions on solid numbers.
• Actively pursue and qualify valued business opportunities. Learn and implement successful selling strategies/techniques.
• Ability to build relationships and trust with clients and co-worker over various channels online and offline.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Excellent Telecommunication Skills
• Dynamic in relationship building.
• Proficient in English Oral and Written Communication.
• Must have a presentable, confident personality.
• The ability to interact with all levels of management is essential
• Active Social Media Presences on Twitter + FB + LinkedIn
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
• Media Content Creator are welcome
