Al Sharqi Pakistan Pvt Ltd is looking for accounts receivable executive , we rely on a meticulous financial system to drive business forward. Our accounts receivable department keeps that system running smoothly by managing cash influx, and collecting payment from clients. We’re searching for a skilled financial specialist to join our accounts receivable team to help process, track, and record payments in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. The accounts receivable specialist will have both a day-to-day and ongoing impact on financial transactions, collection of payments, keeping us on track, on time, and on good terms with our valued partners.

Responsibilities:

• Performing account reconciliations.
• Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
• Producing monthly receivable reports to management.
• Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks and wire transfers.
• Resolves valid or authorised deductions by entering adjusting entries.
• Resolves collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history, credit line; coordinating contact with collections department.
• Protects organisation’s value by keeping information confidential.
• Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared
• Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting clients via telephone, email, and mail
• Support other accounting and finance team members.
• Coordinate with customers on daily basis and update them about their dues.

Requirements

• 1 or 2 year’s experience as Accounts Receivable Position.
• Good Communication Skills
• Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google drive
• Strong mathematical skills
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations
• Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
• Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software (NetSuite or other full-scale ERP software’s)
• Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
