Job Summary/Purpose:
Supervise the sale of certified cars as per the sales strategy and CSI targets.
Responsibilities:
1. Check requirement for cars and verify against availability.
2. Check customer documentation prepared by Sales Administrator and send it to Deputy Manager, Certified Car Sales for approval.
3. Negotiate prices, offer discounts and close deal.
4. Arrange replacements in the car as per customer request; send Vehicle Prepare Order for the showroom.
5. Ensure follow up on delivery of the car to the customer.
6. Conduct after sales follow up with the customer on car condition.
7. Prepare daily sales report and submit to Deputy Manager, Certified Car Sales.
8. Ensure safety of showroom as per Toyota Motor Corporation, Municipality standards.
