JOB Description Sr. Engineer Mechanical
- B.E Mechanical engineer with 12-14 yrs experience. 7 to 8 yrs of Gulf experience in relevant category will be preferred.
- Candidate Should have similar position working experience for project execution, should have core technical knowledge in all mechanical works execution like water supply, firefighting, drainage, HVAC equipments, ducting, chilled water piping, and should be capable to verify base design, prepare RFIs, prepare control logics, ESP calculations, pump head calculations, shop drawings, Material submittals & to obtain approvals from design consultant & relevant authority.
- Candidate will have to monitor & control day to day activity like deployment of engineers, Supervisors, preparation & submission of technical documents i.e drawings, MAS, O&M, follow up with suppliers, other disciplines etc & to ensure specified quality installation within time scheduled & allotted budget.
- Candidate to attend consultants, clients meetings regularly and to ensure completion of all agreed work as committed, respond to all discrepancy and to keep up to date record of delay events, variation works if any.
- Candidate will be responsible to prepare & submit weekly status report along with 15 days look ahead schedule, critical requirement etc.
- Candidate should be open to work at any location within Oman.
