JOB Description Mechanical draftsman
- Candidate should be B.E Mechanical engineer / Diploma holder / relevant technical background with 12-14 yrs experience. Relevant 7 to 8 yrs of Gulf experience preferred.
- Hands on experience for inter discipline coordination and MEP coordination, detail sections are required including good skill to review and understand structural / architectural requirements.
- Candidate Should have similar position working experience as a draftsman, should have core technical knowledge & working experience for Auto cad latest standards, Revit etc.
- Candidate should be capable to prepare shop drawings individually with minimal guidance from engineers, should be experienced for technical requirements for drawings i.e water supply, Drainage, firefighting, pump rooms, full sectional details, HVAC equipment, chilled water piping, ducting, fans etc including verifying design drawings, prepare RFIs, qty take off, keeping track of all target dates of submissions/ actual submissions, approvals etc
- Candidate will be responsible to prepare & submit daily / weekly status report along with 15 days look ahead schedule, critical requirement etc.
- Candidate should be open to work at any location within Oman.
