• Civil Construction Manager Execution Planning Monitoring , rate analysis and all services getting quotes from agencies comparing arriving to optimum cost with evaluation .(Work Contracts) (Senior Manager) Corporate Office BD-Technical (Inner Engineering) Representing Company for Technical presentations in Coordination & Reporting directly to Management.
• Project Procurement (Consultancy, Contracting, Materials, Machineries).
• Contract management, dispute management and contract closures.
• Vendor management and development.
• Project Management and Project Budgeting and budget controlling.
• Change management (project time and cost management).
• Develop SOPs and processes for procurement, contract management, project management, p & estimation, talent management etc.

Payment process, cash flow planning

• Project Budgeting, cost estimation and other regulatory submissions for tariff planning for the regulatory periods.
• Support for Project Environmental clearance
• Support construction team in developing master plan, concept plan and detailed design for major expansion / construction works.
• Develop procurement strategies.
• Support function for business development and support. Concession document review, risk identification, risk assessment, Project investment plan (CAPEX and OPEX investment), Phasing plan and master planning support, queries, technical documentation.
• Plan the visitors schedule and pay attention for all customers with the support of sales team.
• Plan regular meetings with engineers and maintain minutes.
