We’re looking for experienced and motivated Sales Advisors to join our team at Al Osool Real Estate. If you have a strong background in Oman’s property market and a passion for closing deals, we want to hear from you.
We have two positions available:
Join our team handling Integrated Tourism Complex (ITC) properties and high-end developments across Oman.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell ITC real estate projects to potential buyers and investors
Develop and maintain client relationships through effective communication
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Provide market insights and assist clients throughout the buying process
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Oman’s real estate industry (ITC experience preferred)
Proven sales record and client handling skills
Fluency in English (Arabic preferred)
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Sales Advisor – Land and Non-ITC Sales
We’re also looking for a results-driven Sales Advisor to lead land sales operations and build our client network.
Key Responsibilities
Source, market, and sell land properties across Oman
Maintain updated knowledge of zoning, land use, and market trends
Build and manage long-term client relationships
Meet and exceed assigned sales goals
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in land sales or brokerage
Strong understanding of the Oman property market
Excellent client relationship and presentation skills
Goal-oriented with strong attention to detail
