Independently handle sales and all operational responsibilities for Company’s Japanese Brand sales department in order to achieve targeted levels of sales and customer satisfaction.
Drive sales efforts of showroom salesforce in order to achieve showroom targets
Cultivate professional relationships with customers in order to retain them
Coordinate with personnel from Trade In department, Pre Delivery Inspection (PDI), Inventory Control, Company’s Clearing and Customs for timely release of vehicles to showrooms
Comply with Quality Standards and Health & Safety procedures affecting self and others
Perform routine activities in accordance with agreed deadlines and standards and discharge any other task assigned by superiors in a timely and effective manner
Assist colleagues and foster an environment of teamwork and collaboration
Identify training needs and review performance of subordinates on targets assigned; provide feedback and help them develop their skills; provide inputs on individual salesman performance to senior management and make recommendations for increments and promotions, if merited
Requirements
Familiar with Automotive Sales Department Activities
Minimum 12 Years of experience, preferably in Japanese Automotive Brands
Holding Bachelor Degree, preferably in Business Management or Retail Management
Must have good computer skills
Bilingual (Arabic & English)
Good in Sales-force Management Skills
