Join a dynamic, results-oriented team at one of Muscat’s leading retail hypermarket, managing two prominent malls and total five retail stores. We are seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to spearhead the leasing strategy for our malls, with a focus on optimizing tenant mix, securing strategic retail partnerships, and driving rental revenue growth across both locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement leasing strategies aligned with the commercial goals of the malls.
• Identify and negotiate with national and international retail brands, anchor tenants, and specialty stores.
• Manage end-to-end leasing process including prospecting, proposals, lease negotiations, documentation, and renewals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and industry stakeholders.
• Monitor leasing performance and occupancy rates and prepare regular reports for management.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of retail trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail leasing, preferably in shopping malls or large retail developments.
• Strong network of retail brands and leasing contacts in the GCC region.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple leases and drive occupancy targets.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Finance (MBA is a plus)
• Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus.
• Oman or GCC Experience Preferred.
