Al Maidoor Metal Industries LLC Hiring for Customer Care Specialist (Arabic Speaker) Job at Dubai Full Time

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries for post-sales activities
• Communicating with Surveyor for measurement at site
• Coordinating with customers through various channels on the delivery and installation updates
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints at site
• Arranging the delivery of items to site from the suppliers (just-in-time)
• Keeping records of customer complaints, maintenance and works completed
• Maintaining work completion procedure with delivery note from customer and pictures of project
• Follow-up with the prospects for new projects
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support for maintenance

Requirements:

• Knowledge and experience in customer service and complaints
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
• Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment
• Presentation skills to communicate suggestions or issues to higher level management
• Proficiency in working Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Dynamic AX (ERP)
• Certification in AutoCAD Civil will be an added advantage
• Time management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
