Encode all deliveries received from the Main Store & Supplier on a daily basis after it has been validated by the receiving chef.
– Encode all the orders served and transferred to all outlets of Café Lilou.
– Assist Chefs in receiving and dispatching the incoming and outgoing items/products.
– Maintain records for all the incoming and outgoing items.
– Verify, validate and quantity check the item delivered.
– Reject delivery if it compromises the quality and the expiry. (All items has to be checked by Senior Sous Chef/s)
– Verify, validate and quantity check all the items for dispatching.
– Always practice FIFO in dispatching the items.
– Place order for all the items required in the kitchen through FMC (To be coordinated with the chefs)
– Make copy and file the bills receive for the day after the outlet in charge (Senior Sous Chef/s) and Chef Jihad sign
– Send to the Main store all the bills that has been verified, validated and checked by the Chefs
