About the Role
We are currently looking for Operations Executive to effectively supervise the entire operations for a customer, process, WMS functionality, customs documentation, Inventory, MHE & HSE ensuring all deadlines and standards are achieved in a cost controlled manner and maintain positive environment to provide fast efficient services that ensure Total Quality to customer, internal departments, suppliers and associates.
About the Responsibilities
Efficient planning of workload, routines and resource
Quality standard s (accuracy, adherence to agreed processes, presentation of product)
Staff leadership and development
Responsible for adherence to all group policies for self and team members. HR policies, EHS policies, Al-Futtaim way behavioural standards.
About the Requirements
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Degree mandatory. Masters is advantageous
Minimum Experience: 2 years in large scale warehousing operations
Job-Specific Skills: Team management, planning, detailed understanding of operational, administrative and system processes.
Behavioural Competencies: Leadership. Strong communicator in English (Hindi Speaker is of advantage) and native languages of workforce, excellent planning and organisational skills, problem solving, managing conflicts.
Works well under pressure.
