SALES EXECUTIVE – BUILDING MATERIALS (OUTDOOR SALES)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a driven, results-orientated sales executive to join our rapidly

expanding team. You will be responsible for outdoor sales, client relationship

management, and revenue generation across our building materials division. This

is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to grow with a dynamic,

fast-expanding company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct daily outdoor client visits and site visits
Generate sales leads and build long-term customer relationships
Maintain regular communication via WhatsApp, phone calls, and follow-ups
Identify client needs and provide tailored product solutions
Achieve and exceed month sales targets
Provide market feedback and competitive intelligence
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 4+ years in building materials sales

REQUIRED EXPERTISE:

Proven experience with timber and plywood products

Film-faced plywood and LVL (Laminated Veneer Lumber) expertise preferred

Track record in B2B sales, preferably in building materials sector

Experience with similar building material companies given priority

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

Strong communication and negotiation abilities
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
Reliable transportation and willingness to conduct field visits
Proficiency in WhatsApp, email, and basic sales software
Problem-solving and customer service orientation
DOENTATION:

Transferrable IQAMA (work permit) required
Valid Saudi Arabia driver’s license preferred
