Job Information:

• Maintains a close and very responsible relationship to the daily activities of the superior and staff.
• Prepares meeting programs related to organizational aspects.
• Schedules appointments and provides information to callers. Ensures that managers are not burdened with small administrative and business details.
• Registers and directs incoming and outgoing mail. Designs and typifies routine correspondence according to available documents and sends it by mail.
• Manages and organizes administrative work in the office.
• Answers the phone and gives information to callers or directs calls to the relevant official.
• Greets visitors, ascertains the nature of the business and directs or directs visitors to the person concerned.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Have completed higher education
• Required experience: Over 4 years of experience in the field of reception and secretarial.
• Foreign languages: English (very good).
