Company has been appointed by a highly successful Power and Engineering Contracting Group to source a Procurement & Logistics Director to join their team in Jeddah. You will be responsible for guiding, directing and leading all operations under the Procurement, Logistics and Central Workshop functions.
You will assist the CEO in setting the organisations strategic goals, objectives, guidelines, plans, and budgets to enhance market share, exposure, and profitability as well as ensuring that they are communicated promptly to all departments and that departmental heads are working towards achievement of these goals and objectives. You will develop the division and related department s objectives, plans, policies & procedures and ensure their implementation across the department as well as their compliance with local and international regulations and standards.
You will direct, review and oversee the development of project procurement plans and ensure aligning it with project documents (budget, schedule, specifications, bill of quantity, drawings). In this role, you will also lead all Logistics related activity across the business and oversee the Central Workshop and maintenance related activities. You will provide advice, guidance, direction, and authorization to functional heads to carry out major plans and procedures, consistent with established policies. You will hold a Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or equivalent degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in management level positions.
