Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market. The position is responsible for achieving the assigned sales target given by the management.
Job Responsibilities:
– Build business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
– Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
– Direct Sales to Key Accounts – responsible for achievement of agreed sales forecasts for each product within given geographical region.
– Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
– Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and
recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
– Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
– Ensure the collection of the customer payments.
– Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
– Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
– Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
– Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
– Assist and prepare of business proposals and presentations.
– Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
– Negotiate orders and manages Customer Relationships.
– Provide marketing inputs for product sales.
– Collect market information on products and provides regular feedback.
– Build value add in key relationships.
– Review and present regular business plans to management including order forecasts.
– Identify new opportunities with current customer base for product line extensions.
– Daily Reporting as per the management guidelines.
– Attend exhibition and promotional activities.
Job Requirements:
– Education: Should have formal degree of Business Development or Communication Management.
– Major field of study: Business Administration, Business Management, Communication.
– Demonstrate great interpersonal skills. Oral and written communication skills in English, Arabic is a plus.
– Demonstrate ability to work in a team environment. Superior interpersonal skills, ability to work well with others.
– Computer literacy and ability to use MS Office tools.
– Adaptability, flexibility, willingness to work shift rotations as required.
