Theideal candidate will be tech-savvy, graphic oriented and passionateabout all aspects of marketing and technology.JobResponsibilities: –Digital Marketing Specialist must present creative ideas forcontent marketing – Design graphicsusing Adobe Creative Cloud softwareapplications, including InDesign, Photoshop, andIllustrator. – Create, develop, andexecute professional digital marketing materials.– Create originalgraphics, infographics, and designs according to brandguidelines. – Createand monitor email marketingcampaigns; ensuring design and layouts of emails areoptimized, user and mobile-friendly. –Manage and maintain the organization’swebsite(s). – Analyzewebsite’s key performance metrics and competitivetrending. – Plan, implement, manage,monitor and upgrade the organization’s website.– Respond to and troubleshoot all websiteissues. – Track, report, andanalyze website analytics and PPCinitiatives and campaigns.– Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion,and optimization – Research andimplement search engine optimization recommendations– Writing, reviewing,editing, and updating content for companywebsites, blogs, marketing materials, and similarplatforms.– Using social media toengage consumers, respond to questions orcomplaints, and to promote company initiatives.Job Requirements:– Tech-savvy young & dynamic individualswith 1-3 years of digital marketingexperience. –Bachelor’s degree in IT /Marketing from one of the recognizeduniversities in UAE preferred.– Content Creation Expert– Experience creating strong,engaging content. – Very strongunderstanding of websites, apps, digitalcontent, and SEO is mandatory.– Excellent knowledge & experiencein growing marketing strategies for start-upbusinesses preferred.– Strong experience in maintaining &managing company websites and social media platforms.– Experience as a Graphic Designer with a strongportfolio of illustrations or other graphics– Able to manage multiple projects, workload andpriorities. – Excellent interpersonaland communication skills. – In-depthexperience with website analytics tools.– Knowledge of ranking factors and search enginealgorithms.– SEOExpert – Up-to-date with thelatest trends and best practices in SEO andSEM.– Solid understanding ofperformance marketing, conversion, and online customeracquisition.
