Strong organisational skills are essential for building and maintaining a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, the candidate should be committed to meeting and exceeding assigned quotas. A proactive approach to business development by phone, along with the ability to manage and nurture a customer base over the long term, is essential. Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
Conduct business development calls via phone
Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
Act as the primary contact for candidate inquiries
