Summary:

Experienced Project Manager (3-5+ years) sought to lead cross-functional teams in end-to-end project delivery. Expertise in business analysis, agile scrum, DevOps, and strong teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects from inception to successful completion within scope and budget.
  • Translate client needs into actionable project plans using strong business analysis skills.
  • Guide teams through Agile and Scrum practices as a Certified Scrum Master.
  • Apply DevOps principles to optimize development and deployment processes.
  • Mentor team members, driving collaboration and efficiency.
  • Identify process optimization opportunities and drive operational efficiency.
  • Conduct post-project assessments to capture lessons learned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3-5+ years of Project Management experience.
  • Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and DevOps.
  • Excellent teamwork, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Strong business analysis skills, translating complex requirements into actionable plans.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and DevOps processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
