Purchasing – Receiving Agent (fixed term contract until December 2022)

What you will be doing:
- Maintain store product to ensure proper handling procedures are followed
- Ensuring that cleanliness, organization and health code recommendations provided by the state are followed
- Provide updates on special orders when received and include information on supplies when they need to be re-ordered
- Assist in stocking & restocking storerooms
- Deliver products received to ordering departments
- Deliver packages to guest and/or Guest Services
Your experience and skills include:
- Applicants should have at least 2 years of experience in a relevant field
- An in-depth understanding of a stockroom & its’ environment
- Fluent in English (spoken and written), any additional language is a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving ability.
- Strong employee relations and organizational skills
- Ability to frequently lift items up to 50 lbs.
