What you will be doing: Responsible for creating training materials and facilitator guidelines as per the Training Need Analysis based on the project’s operational standards and requirements. Facilitating Onboarding programs Facilitating Train-The-Trainer sessions Scheduling and organizing generic and operational training Supervising the proper implementation of the operational training Evaluating the training implementation and results Maintaining quality and accuracy of the Training Records Your experience and skills include: Training experience in the hospitality sector is preferred At least 5 years of experience in a managerial training position At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in a large-scale property Strong facilitation experience Good instructional design experience Experience in delivering On the Job Training is a plus Experience in delivering Train-The-Trainer programs is preferred A hands-on approach is essential Experience in leading large teams Very strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving abilities Strategic and creative approach Highly responsible & reliable Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders Fluent in English (spoken and written), any additional language is a plus Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
