GLOBAL SPORTS EVENT QATAR – ACCOMMODATION SERVICES HOUSEKEEPING COORDINATOR (fixed term contract until January 2023) What’s in it for you? What you will be doing: Assists the Executive Housekeeper and the entire team with managing the day-to-day housekeeping office administration. Follow up and coordinate with other concerned departments all the relevant operational instructions to ensure that employees comply with the policies and procedures. Performs general office works and maintains confidentiality of important internal office matters as necessary. Answers all incoming telephone calls in accordance with the established standard procedures. Maintains the appropriate office supplies at all times Collaborates with other departments in an effective and friendly manner. Your experience and skills include: Fluent in English (spoken and written), any additional language is a plus. At least 2 years of housekeeping experience. At least 1 year of experience in a similar position in a large scale property. Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving abilities. Highly responsible & reliable. A hands-on approach is essential. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
