We’re seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to align HR initiatives with business goals and drive key HR strategies across the organization. This role focuses on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to implement HR solutions that support organizational objectives.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes and onboarding for top talent.
• Develop and implement competency frameworks and HR strategies.
• Enhance employee engagement and manage performance reviews.
• Support organizational development and change management initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with a focus on business partnering and talent acquisition.
• Professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and recruitment strategies.
