Aati Contracts Hiring for Business Development Executive (UAE National Only) at Dubai Full Time

Job Purpose:

Assist in growing Aati Contract’s current market position and achieve sustainable financial growth by building new / key customer relationships, identify new and ongoing business opportunities and maintain extensive knowhow on current and future market conditions.

Functional Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop an understanding of the fundamental drivers of Aati Contract’s business, and the business of its Clients, customers, partners and competitors
• Maintain and regularly update a library of current and future clients, with updated contact details for distribution and discussion with the current Head of the business.
• Acquire early knowledge of prospective projects in the market and region for Business Opportunities in the UAE.
• Prospect for potential new client [target company list] forging alliances and business relationships to ensure business growth.
• Assist in completing proposals and presentation for new business opportunities leading to business growth and better project win rate.
• Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and trends.
• Using knowledge of the market and competitors, contribute to the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
• Ensure structured post bid feedback from the client on tenders especially on unsuccessful bids, feeding Management with knowhow on better bid rates /
• strategies, supply chain information etc.
• Engage with the Client on an independent post project completion review ensuring constructive feedback to the Execution team for remedial actions and as lessons learned.
• Maintain and grow an excellent client relationship with existing and potential clients with regular monitoring and interaction with clients and consultants to ensure we are recognized as the preferred partner.

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant BD experience in the UAE
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Business Development in Construction / Fitout
• Good knowledge of Interiors operations and ability to win commercial value projects independently
• Contact base in the regional Construction, Interior Or Fit-out Industry with market knowledge in this sector
• Excellent communication skills
• Skilled in negotiating, closing, prospecting, and presentation skills
• Bid management
