Perform Legal Research – To perform legal research specific to the case currently being worked, gather information in an organized manner, and present it to the department HOD.
Provide Administrative Support – Provide general administrative support to the legal team. This includes organizing schedules, arranging meetings, and setting up travel arrangements.
Write Legal Reports – Write legal reports based on the data gathered from research and initial interviews, write clear and concise reports so that all involved parties can understand them.
Contracts Management – You will be asked to create, track, and follow up on a variety of contracts including sales and purchase agreements, specific to real estate. YOu should be familiar with the terms used in such contracts, and the effect of various clauses on company liability.
Organize and Track Case Documentation – Case documentation must be organized efficiently. You should be able to organize and track case documentation, making it easily accessible to team members who need it.
Maintain Legal Databases – Maintain the firm’s legal databases.
