Responsibilities:
1. Analyze the baking product market in Pakistan, fully understand the information about competitors and competitive products, and completing the market analysis report regularly
2. Integrate the resources of HQ, working out the product strategy according to the situation of Pakistan market
3. Assist HQ to define a reasonable local pricing system
4. Keep developing new products to enrich the product pool and provide customers with more competitive products
5. Sort out the customers in Pakistan market and identify Key Account customers (KA) and other target customers
6. Build a customer pool and keep increasing the number of customers.
7. Work on sales strategy and marketing plan
8. Work on how to choose right distributors and set a system on how to manage distributors
9. Make sales plan and lead the team to achieve sales goal
10. Stick to the management requirements, regularly submit (weekly / monthly / quarterly) reports
11. Other Ad-hoc assigned by President
Skills and Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing/MBA/international trade is preferred;
2. At least 10 years of relevant experience, with experience in market planning, promotion, and implementation, as well as product marketing experience is preferred; At least 5-10 years of sales & marketing experience in Non-Dairy Whip Topping or other products dedicated in bakery industry.
3. Familiar with the Food Bakery industry or bakery products, overseas markets in the Pakistan; Priority given to successful development, transformation, and business resources
4. Have a keen market perception ability, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as learning and innovative abilities, open minded, open minded, and like to challenge and have a creative things.
5. Proficient in English as a working language.
6. Proficient Microsoft Office skills
7. Experience in international trade and distribution at major competing brands or distributors
8. Work Base in Pakistan
