Roles And Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and visitors by greeting them. Ensuring that the SOPs are followed.
• Familiarizing new members with where to find everything in the club including the bathrooms, the lockers rooms, etc. by conducting a tour for them in order to enhance their satisfaction and hence their retention.
• Conducting introductory tours to the potential customers; briefing them about the services provided in the club, showing them the facility and all machines and equipment used, while ensuring compliance to Leejam’s standards in that regard.
• Monitoring and evaluating customer experience through handling various methods for assessing satisfaction in order to spot areas of improvement.
• Participating in developing new concepts to enhance customers experience throughout all interaction points in addition to implementing these enhancement schemes and measuring their effectiveness.
• Responding to customer complaints by taking appropriate actions as well as escalating it to the direct supervisor if needed to ensure that all complaints are properly solved.
• Extending job knowledge by constantly following up on the new offered services and products by Leejam.
• Performing any other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.
