Jobholders oversee the implementation of operational plans and the provision of significant improvements to set policies, procedures, standards and reports.
Their main operational role includes supervising troubleshooting and diagnosing requests/ incidents across multiple IT applications to identify root causes and resolve them within SLAs. Asses IT application change requests and issues, and provide recommendations on IT application operations performance in coordination with Business Solutions Development function to perform needed improvements.
