The job holder is responsible for supporting and maintaining the integration of ZATCAs’ applications, technologies and e-channels in order to ensure they are constantly available and highly performing for the end users within agreed quality, SLAs and within set standards.
Key Activities:
Implement and ensure the achievement of ZATCA’s strategy, aspirations and Integration Management Operations specific objectives
Provide input to identify Integration Management Operations required projects to meet future demands
Implement plans and provide input to enable achievement of Integration Management Operations goals that support ZATCA’s overall strategic plans
Participate in Integration Management Operations annual budgeting cycle and process
Manage Integration Management Operations efficiently and within budget, and report accurately on progress made and challenges encountered
Develop integrated application operations plan, processes and documents and clarify the support scope, priorities and agreed service level agreements
Keep aware of system-wide changes and application deployments in order to understand the impact on integrated applications’ availability and take the necessary steps to prepare preventive maintenance to eliminate integrated application outages
Act as a single point of contact between IT, end users and vendors with respect to incidents and problems related to integrated applications, and e-channels
Review requests and incidents across multiple integrated applications in order to maintain focus on highest business impact issues first
Support in troubleshooting and resolving integrated applications problems in alignment with set priorities and criticality
Participate in documenting and reviewing integrated applications maintenance agreements and service contracts for optimal results
Support in the update of user manuals and training manuals in order to ensure up-to-date documentation after integrated application changes
Review integrated applications support performance reports including users’ satisfaction levels and feedback in order to provide recommendations and circulate to all relevant stakeholders
Participate in the identification and recruitment of key talent
Guide, mentor and support direct reports in order to execute duties according to set policies and processes
Perform on-the-job training for direct reports and provide feedback
Knowledge and Experience :
An optimal of 7 years of relevant experience, with a preferred 2 years of experience in managerial level
Education and Certifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent is required
Master’s degree in Information Technology Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent is preferred
