With a commitment to excellence, we are seeking a passionate and motivated individual with experience in car insurance to become a part of our team as an Insurance Operation Specialist.
Responsibilities:
1. Engage in professional and informative conversations with customers to understand their car insurance needs.
2. Generating quotes and Process and issue car insurance policies efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
3. Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls related to car insurance inquiries, providing information, and assisting with policy-related matters.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and streamlined customer experience for car insurance clients.
5. Conduct follow-ups with car insurance customers to enhance satisfaction and address any outstanding issues.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes in the car insurance sector to provide informed assistance.
Requirements:
- UAE Located
- one year of experience in the same field is a must.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills with fluency in Hindi and Malayalam.
- Proven experience in car insurance operations or a related customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Self-confident and self-motivated.
- Knowledge of insurance regulations in the UAE is a plus.
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent practical experience.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
