We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales & Operations Manager to oversee multiple stores within Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and training skills, the ability to travel frequently, and a flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and sales performance across multiple store locations.
Implement and monitor sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Train and develop store managers and staff to enhance their performance.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
Analyze sales reports and develop action plans to address any issues.
Maintain effective communication with store managers and corporate office.
Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive customer experience.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities.
Qualifications:
Proficient in English.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Store Manager.
Strong training and staff development skills.
Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia.
Advanced follow-up and organizational skills.
Flexible schedule to accommodate travel and varying work hours.
Possess a car and a valid driver’s license.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
