• Maintain incident logs and ensure timely submission of reports to stakeholders.
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
• Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations, contract requirements, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety documentation, including safety data sheets (SDS), permits, and inspection records.
• Develop and maintain emergency response plans and conduct regular drills.
• Coordinate with local emergency services and site leadership to ensure readiness.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all safety-related matters.
• Participate in client meetings, safety briefings, and performance reviews.
• Provide regular safety performance reports and recommendations to leadership.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Engineering, OR a related field or equivalent experience), OR equivalent experience in lieu of a formal degree.
• Five (5) years of continuous construction industry safety experience in supervising/ managing general construction (managing safety programs or processes or conducting hazard analyses and developing controls).
• Five (5) years of continuous general industry safety experience in supervising/managing general industry (managing safety programs or processes or conducting hazard analyses and developing controls).
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Occupational Health and Safety Technologist (OHST), or equivalent certification preferred.
• Must have completed the 30-hour OSHA Construction Safety course and be familiar with EM requirements.
• Experience working in the Middle East or in austere environments is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with U.S. Government contracting and safety compliance requirements is a plus.

Work Environment

• Frequent travel between program operating locations.
• Must be able to work in austere environments and adapt to cultural and operational nuances.

CAD / BIM Technician

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented CAD/BIM Technician to join our team In this role, you will work closely with Designers/Drafters and Engineers to ensure coordinated design delivery. You will perform various drafting assignments for highway design packages and support highway-related activities across roads and infrastructure projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Working closely with the Roads Digital Design & Delivery Lead, Engineering Leads, and Senior Drafter to ensure project compliance with policies and processes, and to support timely implementation and completion.
• Developing engineering drawings (arrangements, layouts, flow sheets, assemblies, isometrics, component details) from rough sketches and general engineering/design information in accordance with established standards and procedures.
• Understanding the BIM modeling process and managing BIM-related activities from project start-up to completion.
• Reviewing drawings for readability, presentation, and adherence to standards per company QA/QC processes.
• Creating content, including parametric and non-parametric families, for use in BIM models and CAD libraries.
• Collaborating and communicating with other disciplines on coordination issues and model development tasks to ensure integrated delivery.
• Utilizing Autodesk Navisworks for clash detection and producing clash reports to support coordination.
• Producing scheduling data and quantity extraction from BIM models to support design and delivery needs.
• Performing other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10 years of MEA CAD drafting experience in roads, highways, road signs and markings, and traffic studies.
• Software experience required: MicroStation is a must.
• Experience working within Common Data Environments: ProjectWise and BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Good knowledge of BIM processes, including understanding of LOD requirements and model-based production workflows.
• Proficiency with Autodesk Navisworks for clash detection and reporting.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both written and verbal.

What Desired Skills You’ll Bring

• Experience supporting highway design packages and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Strong understanding of CAD/BIM standards, file naming, layering, metadata, and drawing presentation requirements.
• Ability to generate quantities, schedules, and extraction reports from models.
