You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the work of housekeeping staff, ensuring that all guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas are clean and well-maintained.

Your key duties will include managing daily housekeeping schedules, assigning tasks to housekeeping staff, and ensuring that each employee has the necessary training to perform their duties effectively. You will also be responsible for conducting regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure that they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

– Oversee the operations of all accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts receivable, Treasury, Fixed Assets, Month-end accruals, and provisions.

– Assist in the preparation of yearly budgets.
– Administer all balance sheet accounts reconciliations.
– Act as the point of contact for queries related to employee and supplier payments.
– Reviews account payables and weekly check runs.
– Determines proper handling of financial transactions and approves transactions within designated limits.
– Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to general ledger accounts, cost centers and documents business transactions.
– Responsible for distributing financial statements and cost center reports.
– Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

**Educational Requirements**:

– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Finance Management.

**Experience Requirements**
– Experience in creating P&L, budget, accounting guidelines, end of year accounts, and external liaison with auditors.
– 5-7 years at least in the Supervisory level, background in Hospitality, International Restaurant is a MUST.
