<p><strong>The Role:</strong></p>
<p> As the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in executing integrated marketing strategies across ATL, BTL, and digital channels. You will oversee brand campaigns, activations, and events, ensuring consistent brand communication and impactful engagement with consumers. Your role will also involve market research, packaging innovations, PR activities, and close coordination with advertising agencies to amplify brand presence. </p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns for corporate and consumer brands.</li>
<li>Lead ATL, BTL, and digital media activities to enhance brand visibility and engagement.</li>
<li>Plan and execute market research initiatives to gain insights into consumer behavior and market trends.</li>
<li>Manage packaging design and innovation processes in alignment with brand objectives.</li>
<li>Coordinate and oversee exhibitions, in-store samplings, and other activation events.</li>
<li>Handle PR activities and maintain relationships with media and other external partners.</li>

<p><strong>The Ideal Candidate:</strong></p>

<li>7–10 years of marketing experience, preferably within FMCG brands in the Middle East.</li>

<li>Excellent coordination skills with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders.</li>

<ul>
<li>6+ years experience in pre-sales/sales engineering</li>
<li>Skilled in at least one of the following Networking, Network Security, Cybersecurity, Private/Public Cloud Security, SOC/Endpoint or SASE</li>
<li>Experience in delivering cybersecurity solutions that solve technical challenges and influence new business initiatives is preferred</li>
<li>Influencing and gaining buy-in from key stakeholders, either in a customer-facing or internal role; prior experience in a pre-sales role is ideal</li>
<li>Creating and delivering technical presentations, workshops, or technical validation engagements </li>
<li>Experience in selling, designing, implementing, or managing one or more of the following solutions: Network Security, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP and/or SOC Transformation Technologies</li>
<li>Partnering with Customer Support functions to ensure successful implementation and adoption of sold solutions</li>
<li>Experience in complex sales involving long sales processes with multiple buying centers and multi-product solutions are preferred</li>
<li>This is a field sales position where travel requirements may be required to support in person customer meetings, please discuss with the recruiter on the specifics for this position.</li>

<p><strong>Job Purpose: </strong></p>
<p>The Head – Credit Administration ensures effective credit administration through oversight of Credit Review and Credit Operations for loans. The role focuses on operational accuracy, compliance, timely loan disbursement, and risk control. It ensures high-quality service delivery to internal and external stakeholders, aligned with CBO regulations and the Bank’s operational policies.</p>

<p><strong>Key Accountabilities: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Oversees Credit Review: accuracy of loan files, documentation, and compliance with lending policies.</li>
<li>Oversees Credit Operations: collateral documentation, loan booking, disbursements and servicing.</li>
<li>Ensures compliance with CBO retail lending regulations, internal audit, and risk controls.</li>
<li>Ensure operational accuracy and timely processing of loan applications.</li>
<li>Prepares management reports the relevant stakeholders.</li>
<li>Identifies process improvements and supports digitalization initiatives.</li>
<li>Provides guidance to staff on resolving operational bottlenecks.</li>
<li>Leads, develops, and executes integrated strategies for Credit Review and Credit Operations.</li>
<li>Evaluates credit portfolios, validates risk ratings, and ensures compliance.</li>
<li>Implements effective control procedures for Credit Review and Operations.</li>
<li>Conducts site visits and inspections to monitor construction quality as and when required.</li>
<li>Updates relevant operation guidelines, land/construction rates, and real estate registries.</li>

<p><strong>Qualifications and Experience: </strong></p>

<li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field. A Master’s degree in a business-related field is desired.</li>
<li>8 -10 years’ experience in Retail Banking Credit Administration, with at least 5 years in supervisory/leadership roles.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of regulations including the ones of the Central Bank of Oman (CBO), Municipality, Ministry of Housing, and other relevant authorities.</li>

<p><strong>Job Purpose: </strong></p>
<p>The Unit Head – Procurement &#038; Administration leads both procurement and administration activities to ensure effective sourcing, contracting, vendor management, and delivery of core administrative services. He/She manages RFQ/RFP development, bid evaluation, and contract finalization in alignment with internal policies, Delegation of Authority, and legal guidelines. On the Administration side, the role oversees travel management, office services, records and correspondence handling, facilities-related support, and vendor contracts for administrative functions. The Unit Head – Procurement &#038; Administration ensures governance, cost efficiency, service quality, and vendor performance while supporting strategic business objectives.</p>

<p><strong>Key Accountabilities: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manages the end-to-end review and execution of Procurement and Administration activities raised by internal stakeholders, ensuring timely, compliant, and value-for-money outcomes aligned with approved budgets, procedures, and service standards.</li>
<li>Drives a culture of cost optimization and operational excellence by instituting robust cost control frameworks across both Procurement and Administrative functions, maximizing their contribution to enterprise value.</li>
<li>Leads the evaluation and execution of high-value and complex procurement requirements, while also overseeing major administrative contracts and service agreements—managing the full lifecycle from needs assessment through RFP/RFQ development, tendering, negotiation, vendor/service provider selection, and contract execution.</li>
<li>Manages and governs supplier and service provider bid evaluations, facilitating senior-level negotiations to secure optimal commercial, technical, legal, and service outcomes that safeguard and advance the Bank’s interests.</li>
<li>Collaborates with business units and cost owners to review vendor and service provider proposals (procurement and administrative), ensuring they meet technical requirements, comply with policy, stay within budget, and support operational priorities; provides clear recommendations for selection and negotiation.</li>
<li>Manages the structured negotiation processes—covering both procurement contracts and administrative service agreements—ensuring cross-functional alignment, stakeholder engagement, and strict adherence to internal governance protocols.</li>
<li>Approves and validates final vendor and service provider selection outcomes by facilitating consensus among stakeholders and preparing comprehensive documentation for Executive Management and relevant committee ratification.</li>
<li>Monitors organizational compliance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across procurement and administration, spearheading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance agility, responsiveness, service quality, and cost efficiency.</li>
<li>Acts as a reliable partner to business units—facilitating communication, aligning requirements, and helping implement cross-functional initiatives, administrative support, and operational changes.</li>
<li>Serves as Secretary to the Management Tender Committee (MTC), ensuring end-to-end coordination of Committee’s logistics, timely distribution of materials, and transparent documentation to enable informed and accountable decision-making.</li>
<li>Leads the Corporate Support Services helpdesk and request management process (Procurement and Admin), analyzing demand, eliminating bottlenecks, and improving turnaround time and cost per ticket.</li>
<li>Manages the business travel ticketing &#038; reservations process end-to-end, meeting defined SLA/TAT targets, and ensures seamless support for staff movements.</li>
<li>Oversees vendor relationships for travel, office services, and other administrative functions—covering onboarding, due diligence, SLA/KPI reviews, issue escalation, and timely closure.</li>
<li>Owns the contract lifecycle and renewals across both procurement and administration scopes—covering RFP/RFQ preparation, terms/SLAs, renewal calendar, DoA documentation, and invoice validation for accuracy.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications and Experience: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.</li>
<li>Minimum of 8 years of experience in the Banking sector, with a focus on Procurement and Administration.</li>
<li>Professional certification such as CIPS, CIPP, or equivalent is preferred.</li>
<li>Demonstrated leadership experience with a record of delivering impactful results.</li>
<li>Extensive experience in RFP review, tendering processes, and contract management.</li>
<li>In-depth knowledge of Oman’s Tender Law and its application in procurement practices.</li>
<li>Strong expertise in negotiation and vendor relationship management.</li>
</ul>

<p>The Personal Assistant is responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.</p>

<p>2. Duties and Responsibilities</p>

<li>Performs a variety of administrative support tasks that are highly confidential and sensitive.</li>
<li>Coordinates office administrative activities for CEO. </li>
<li>Compiles, assimilate and prepares confidential and sensitive documents. </li>
<li>Briefs the CEO regarding content. </li>
<li>Reads and screens incoming correspondences and organizes documents; </li>
<li>Receives and screens incoming calls and visitors, determines which are priority matters, and alerts the CEO accordingly. </li>
<li>Makes referrals to appropriate staff or provides requested information. </li>
<li>Composes letters and memoranda in response to inquiries. </li>
<li>Produces a variety of documents in final form. </li>
<li>Updates the CEO on the status of issues before scheduled meetings.</li>
<li>Edits documents prepared for the CEO’s signature. </li>
<li>Coordinates and facilitates the CEO’s calendar to arrange appointments, meetings, and conferences.</li>
<li>Compiles and maintains records. </li>
<li>Maintains various filing and records management systems related to the CEO’s office.</li>
<li>Makes travel arrangements; prepares itineraries, prepares, compiles and maintains travel vouchers and records. </li>

<p>The Resident Engineer (RE) will be responsible for the on-site supervision and management of the construction of a large dam project in Oman. The RE will ensure that all construction activities are executed in accordance with the approved designs, specifications, and contractual obligations, while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities related to the dam project.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with design specifications, technical standards, and contractual requirements.</li>
<li>Monitor construction progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.</li>
<li>Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and client representatives to resolve technical and construction issues.</li>
<li>Review and approve method statements, shop drawings, and material submittals.</li>
<li>Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.</li>
<li>Manage and oversee site engineers, inspectors, and other technical staff.</li>
<li>Prepare and submit progress reports, non-conformance reports, and other documentation.</li>
<li>Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.</li>
<li>Participate in project meetings and provide expert technical advice.</li>

<p><strong>Qualifications &#038; Experience:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (master’s preferred).</li>
<li>At least 15 years of overall experience in supervision of dam works</li>
<li>Proven experience in managing large dam projects</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of dam engineering principles, hydrology, geotechnical engineering, and construction methodologies.</li>
<li>Familiarity with international standards (e.g., ICOLD, ASTM, BS, ISO).</li>
<li>Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency in project management tools and construction software.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Preferred Certifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>PMP or equivalent project management certification.</li>
<li>Membership in a recognized engineering body (e.g., ICE, ASCE).</li>

<p>The platform architect proactively and holistically leads and supports EA activities that guide the development and management of a portfolio of solutions. Solutions include projects and products, systems (including applications, technologies, processes and information), shared infrastructure services and shared application services.</p>
<p>They understand the concepts of business goals, objectives and business outcomes, business capabilities, value-streams and business processes and their importance in solution architecture. The solutions architect provides the necessary leadership, analysis and design tasks related to support the development of technology solutions to ensure that solutions meet business needs and align with architectural governance and standards.</p>
<p>They create deliverables for managing the organization&#8217;s portfolio of &#8220;to be&#8221; and &#8220;as is&#8221; solutions — including systems (applications, processes, information and technology), shared infrastructure services, and shared application services and components to enable and drive targeted business outcomes.</p>

<p><strong>Main Tasks &#038; Accountabilities:</strong></p>

<li>The Solutions Architect will demonstrate competencies across four key dimensions.</li>

<p><strong>1- Interpret Business Needs</strong></p>
<p></p>
<ul>
<li>Translates business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to achieve business objectives and documents all solution architecture design and analysis work.</li>
<li>Works closely with the product owners and product managers to ensure a robust architectural runway that can support future business requirements throughout the product life cycle.</li>
<li>Understands business drivers and business capabilities (future and current state) and determines corresponding enterprise solution designs and change requirements to drive the organization&#8217;s targeted business outcomes.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>2- Assess Technology</strong></p>
<p></p>
<ul>
<li>Monitors the current-state solution portfolio to identify deficiencies through aging of the technologies used by the application, or misalignment with business requirements.</li>
<li>Monitors micro- and macroscopic trends in EA as well as global currents, including economic, political, social/cultural, environmental, regulatory/legal and/or technological disruptions for effective decision-making.</li>
<li>Supports product managers in end-of-life product decisions to maintain, refresh or retire services or systems, including applications, technologies, processes and information.</li>
<li>Understands emerging technology trends and disruptions and their practical application to enable new and evolving business and operating models (stretch).</li>
<li>Analyse the technology industry, competitors and market trends, and determines their potential implications for a given solution (stretch).</li>
<li>Analyse the business-IT environment to detect critical deficiencies, legacy and technical debt, and also recommends solutions for improvement (stretch).</li>
<li>Facilitates the evaluation, selection and TCO of software product standards and services, as well as the design of standard and custom software configurations.</li>
<li>Consults with application and infrastructure development projects and products to fit systems or infrastructure to architecture and identify when it is necessary to modify designs to accommodate the solutions architecture.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>3- Apply Technology</strong></p>
<p></p>
<ul>
<li>Leads evaluation, design and analysis for the implementation of a solutions architecture across a group of specific business applications or technologies based on enterprise business strategy, business capabilities, value-streams, business requirements and enterprise standards.</li>
<li>Manages and develops the architecture for a broader scope of projects or products, working closely with application architects that manage and design architecture for a single project or product or initiative <em>(stretch).</em></li>
<li>Develops a roadmap for the evolution of the enterprise solution portfolio from current to future state, as defined by the solutions architecture <em>(stretch).</em></li>
<li>Acts as a consultant on a broad range of technologies, platforms and vendor offerings to drive targeted business outcomes.</li>
<li>Creates architectural designs to guide and contextualize solution development across products, services, projects and systems, including applications, technologies, processes and information <em>(stretch).</em></li>
<li>Works closely with the program management office (PMO) or project management office to ensure the execution of plans corresponds with what is being promised throughout the project or product life cycle.</li>
<li>Provides consulting support to application architects within agile teams to ensure the project or product is aligned with the overall enterprise architecture.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>4- Provide Enterprise Guidance</strong></p>
<p></p>
<ul>
<li>Provides deliverables like standard definitions, reference models and architecture designs to support architectural governance to assess the impact of new and ongoing technology investment on the business and IT estate (note: The level of detail and complexity in deliverables would vary depending on a solutions architect’s level of responsibility in the organization chart).</li>
<li>Supports a community of practice (CoP), guiding and helping agile teams, product owners to align with the overall enterprise architecture governance and assurance.</li>
<li>Designs and directs the governance activities associated with ensuring solutions architecture assurance and compliance (<em>stretch</em>).</li>
<li>Defines the principles, guidelines, standards and solution patterns to ensure solution decisions are aligned with the enterprise&#8217;s future-state architecture vision.</li>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>

<ul>
<li>A bachelor&#8217;s degree in computer science, information-technology, engineering, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Work Experience:</strong></p>
<p></p>
<ul>
<li>A minimum of 8 years of experience in at least two IT solution development disciplines, including technical or infrastructure architecture, network management, application development, middleware, database management or cloud development.</li>
<li>Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies, platforms and processing environments.</li>
<li>Experience working in a relevant industry is helpful, but not required.</li>
<li>Experience developing architecture blueprints, strategies and roadmaps.</li>
<li>Experience delivering presentations to senior-level executives and technical audiences.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Knowledge &#038; Skills:</strong></p>
<p></p>
<ul>
<li>Knowledge of various backend development languages like Java, Go and Python. </li>
<li>Good understanding of various database technologies like MySQL, MongoDB and Oracle .</li>
<li>Sound knowledge of relevant enterprise, cloud or customer relationship management (CRM) systems.</li>
<li>Knowledge of various artificial intelligence/machine learning frameworks (AI/ML)</li>
<li>Data savvy with knowledge of various aspects of a technology architecture like integration, network and security.</li>
<li>Good understanding of information principles and processes</li>
<li>Knowledge of financial models and budgeting (mention relevant skills for calculating TCO, applying Finops principles.</li>
<li>Understanding and knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies (such as waterfall, spiral, agile software development, rapid prototyping, incremental, synchronize and stabilize and DevOps).</li>
<li>Understanding and knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) and information technology infrastructure library (ITIL).</li>
<li>Hands-on experience in different modeling languages (such as UML and ArchiMate)</li>
<li>Understanding of IT standards and controls.</li>
<li>Industry experience in applying application development methodologies and infrastructure and network architecture.</li>
<li>Proven analytical, planning, organizational and technical and skills</li>
<li>Good understanding of strategic and emerging technology trends, and the practical application of existing and emerging technologies to new and evolving business and operating models.</li>
<li>Good understanding of product management, agile principles and development methodologies and capability of supporting agile teams by providing advice and guidance on opportunities, impact and risks, taking account of technical and architectural debt.</li>
