<p>3. Financial Analysis:Analyze financial data to identify trends and assess financial performance.Prepare financial reports and presentations for management.Provide financial advice and recommendations to management.</p>
<p>4. Foreign Remittance Management:Manage foreign remittance transactions, including currency exchange and compliance with regulations.Ensure accurate and timely processing of foreign remittances.</p>
<p>5. Data Entry and Management:Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Enter financial data into accounting software.Prepare and maintain financial files and documentation.</p>

<p> Qualifications &#038; Skills:</p>
<p>➤ CPA, ACCA pathway preferred</p>

<p></strong>The Quantity Surveyor (QS) Engineer is responsible for managing all costs related to construction projects, from the initial stages through to completion. <p>In this role, you will be responsible for managing an international team to develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for our global payment infrastructure. Your key responsibilities include leading the transformation of payments, align the payment strategy with company goals, stay updated on payment technologies and trends, lead the process on implementation, develop relationships with payment providers and banks, enhancing and streamlining payment processes, implementing automated payment solutions, and ensuring fraud prevention. More technical details will be provided during the process.</p>

<li>Define and execute the payments strategy in line with business growth, profitability, and market expansion goals</li>
<li>Own overall payments P&#038;L and financial performance, including acquiring costs, payout costs, fraud costs, conversion impact, and budget performance, with clear accountability for outperforming targets</li>
<li>Lead end-to-end implementation of new payment solutions — from idea and business case development to partner selection, integration, launch, and ongoing optimization</li>
<li>Act as the owner of strategic payment initiatives, coordinating Product, Engineering, Finance, and Commercial teams to deliver measurable business impact</li>
<li>Partner closely with Product and Engineering leadership to improve customer experience, conversion, payment performance, and product metrics across the payment domain</li>
<li>Contribute to product strategy and prioritization within the payments area, bringing a strong product and customer-centric mindset</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with PSPs, banks, and other payment partners</li>
<li>Ensure payment infrastructure resilience through failover capabilities, provider diversification, and scalable architecture</li>
<li>Own business cases and financial models for payment initiatives, including ROI analysis and Product &#038; Engineering investment evaluation</li>
<li>Drive payment cost optimization and identify new monetization opportunities across the payment ecosystem, leveraging existing infrastructure and transaction volumes</li>

<p><strong>KEY RESULTS AREAS (RESPONSIBILITIES):</p>
<p></strong></p>

<li>First line support for maintenance services. </li>
<li>Prepares quotations and proposals for maintenance requests. </li>
<li>Operational planning for deploying all required manpower for the execution of jobs. Provides instruction on maintenance scope, timelines, locations and all relevant details. </li>
<li>Arrange site visits before commencement of the job. </li>
<li>Monitors progress of the work orders (cases) assigned to their respective team members. </li>
<li>Actual sourcing and procurement activities for maintenance activities. </li>
<li>Coordination with the freight forwarder &#038; supplier while placing orders for maintenance. </li>
<li>Coordinates with necessary work permits associated to the site. </li>
<li>Prepares monthly reports. </li>
<li>Updating NetSuite daily based on the logs open and logs closed. </li>
<li>Attends client meetings, if required. </li>
<li>Participates as support for preparing tenders and submittals. </li>
<li>Prepares and follow up maintenance proposals. </li>
<li>Contributes to department revenues﻿.
