<p><strong> Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<li>Establish, implement, and maintain document control procedures for all real estate and construction projects.</li>

<li>Provide guidance and technical expertise within non-CNS systems to support all areas of maintenance work.</li>
<li>Actively participate in preparation to all kinds of environment maintenance task related to SANS-CNS facilities.</li>
<li>Perform required preventive maintenance for Electrical, Mechanical or Civil installations.</li>
<li>Conduct routine quality checks to ensure safety, health and operational standards are met for environment maintenance activities.</li>
</ul>
<p>Documentation and Reporting</p>

<li>Regularly keep track of changes made in policies and procedures in current and future systems and ensure they are properly reflected and implemented within the factories section.</li>
<li>Develop periodic reports that highlight the successes and failures specific to the manufacture guide of each system.</li>

<li>Ensure that all devices and tools required for maintenance operations are available and properly functioning, and any shortages are addressed timely.</li>
