Responsibilities

• Providing administration support.

• Schedule and coordinate meetings for the Vice Chairman & the CEO according to their respective time

Zones.

• Meet & greet visitors in connection with the Vice Chairman or the CEO.

• Maintaining both the executives calendar, agenda & assist in planning appointments, board meetings

Etc.

• Receiving and screening phone calls and redirecting them when appropriate.

• Handle & prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters & packages).

• Make local & international travel arrangements for the executives along with accommodation and visa

Application.

• Handling personal and confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.

• Preparing and claiming travel reimbursements.

• Assisting Chairman’s corporate office for preparing profiles and research whenever required.

• Assisting in organizing any events or occasions for Chairman & his family.

• Assisting HR department with screening candidate’s interview for the concern department / team.

• Assisting HR department with scheduling candidate’s interview with the concerned person.

• Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs40,000.00 – Rs50,000.00 per month

Experience:
