We at Lords BPO are looking for Sales person with at least 6 months of fronting experience to work on our outbound US campaigns.

The role offered by the company entails:

The candidate is required for Fronting and Client Services.
Fluent in speaking English, Ability to work in night shift

Must be punctual, hard-working & self-motivated.
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Display a courteous and empathetic attitude to all customers.
Required to take Sales and Escalation calls from the agents.
Document all inquires, requests, resolutions, and follow-up tasks.
