My self-Deepak Chandran and I wish to be considered for the vacancy of PROJECT ENGINEER in your prestigious organization.

I am a qualified Project Engineer with 6 Years of qualitative experience in project engineering and project management duties in order to complete plans, designs, cost estimates, and construction management related to the construction, operation, and maintenance of gas transmission facilities, with emphasis on safety, reliability, cost effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

Proficient in NFPA 54, NFPA 58 & Civil defense codes

For the past 5 Years, I have been working with Various High end projects Including LPG Bulk & Cylinder filling plant Execution, High-rise Residential & Commercial Buildings & Various Shopping Malls across UAE, Which includes LPG Central Tank System & SNG Systems.

My key responsibilities for the past projects includes Preparing Project Execution plan for Management review and approval, Execute and complete the projects within budget of all elements (Man hours, procurement, sub- contracting and engineering), Deliver the consistent and standard installations according to consultant and local authority requirements, Project delivery within the contractual completion date, Achieve the revenue as planned in line with company’s budgeted value, Carry out the local authority (civil defense) inspection and Commission of the gas system and providing training to the client representative for operation, maintenance and emergency procedures.

Apart from Technical Knowledge I possess excellent leadership, Decision making, coordination, oral/written communication, and analysis skills; thrives in both independent and collaborative work environments. Excels in building team, coaching & mentoring, handling performance improvements and undertaking Business & Feedback Review.
