Nair Systems is currently looking for Cards Support Analysts for our Qatar operations with the following skill set and terms & conditions. Skills Having 5- 10 years of experience as Testing, Application analyst and support in cards domain. experience in cards domain Credit & Debit Card system ( preferably experience in TSYS Prime & Online etc..) •Good knowledge of Credit Card Management, Merchant management processes, Prepaid Card management in issuing business. •Undertaking Business Requirements, New Projects and Various Enhancements. •Supporting for L2 level issues, helping support team in deployments post sign-off. •Supporting Team members, coordinating with various internal users and vendor teams •Preparation of test cases, Test Plan and Execution Plan •Test Cases Execution in UAT Environment and perform Execution of Regression Testing and Ensure on time quality deliverable •Test Cases and Pass logs Review, Defect Logging and Tracking •Execution of Functional and Regression testing with Live Data •Interaction with Client and other stake holders for requirement analysis and query resolution •Perform end to end testing for Incidents and Projects •Ensure all programming activities undertaken are thoroughly unit tested ensuring correct application functionality and performance characteristics. •Communicate with the business stakeholders for new enhancement and guide the process of modeling. •Providing the solution of application and production issues through service request reported by users. •Handling the all types of issues of PRIME and ONLINE application like product change •Customers transactions, Credit, Payments, Interest, Fee, Statement, Billing, Reward Points, installments EMI conversions and fix by coordinating with various internal teams and external Vendor Teams. •New Product Setup and their Master-maintenance, as per business requirement. •Applying the patches of web server and database related in UAT env. & test the system. Also providing the support for Production movement. •Keeping track of various end of day scheduled activities for prevention of issues and smooth working of the system. •End to-End Testing with Various users and helping Production team in implementation post sign-off. Helping MIS Teams for generation of Various Reports related to Payments, interest, Collection, Fee-Revenue and Installments and Allocations. •Co-Ordination with Various Internal Business, Product, Operations, Call-Center, Authorizations, Audit and Customer Support Teams for Various issues, Requirements, Audit Points.
