I read with a great interest and pleasure for the post of library technical support specialist in your esteemed organization. With my pleasure to submit my CV for a review and consideration. I have a bachelor degree in library and information science and Nigeria certificate in education. I would like to put my education and experience to use in your reputable organization.
Base on my previous position in the library sector’s. I had dealing with numerous library users, by providing both administrative and academic support to the parent organization. Where and how information resources could be circulated properly to the end user’s. How a new user’s can retrieve information from the shelves with the aid of card catalogue also by disseminating information resources to the appropriate authority. A proper record of inter-library loan was maintained; effort was put in place to make sure the new users were inculcated with the ideals of using library in their lives. Most importantly, a major role was played in other to maintained the image and culture of the parent organization or the Communities users, by providing them with information that are tailored to their needs. Also with my teaching experience, which made me to handle our client without any complain, and ability to handle an individual query posted across even with the numerous numbers of the client.
