I would like to express my genuine interest in the above mentioned position, l have been working in the Legal field for the past 7 years with experience from big companies such as Sun Engineering and Contracting were l was working as a legal advisor in the department of Arbitration as well as first stages of litigation and also at Khalifa Bin Huwaidan Advocates and Legal Consultancy. I was drafting of contracts, reviewing memorandums, writing legal opinions, drafting legal notices and legal correspondences besides my day to day drafting and reviewing duties in the office l also deal with submissions of arbitration cases with the DIFC Court. I graduated in 2016 with a Masters in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution; I was a full-time student at the British University in Dubai in conjunction with King’s College London.
I draft all legal documents in English, form joint ventures, sale agreements, supply agreements, rent agreements and also review all the documents if they are from the client. I am good at negotiating and settling disputes lam also well versed with applicable laws and procedures in and outside UAE.
