Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Engineering Supervisor to join our team at Wyndham Garden Manama,Bahrain.**Job Summary****For Kitchen and Laundry Engineering Supervisor (Option 1):**+ Knowledge of **Engineering Electrical/Mechanical** desirable+ Minimum two years of experience preferably in Hotel EngineeringDepartment+ Carryout all maintenance work as per PPM jobs cards.+ Maintains level of main gas tanks and routine inspections.+ Able to install new equipment when necessary.+ Maintains all Kitchen, Refrigeration and Laundry equipment to ensure maximum efficiency.+ Maintains walk-in freezer temperature records as per Municipality requirement+ Keeps Kitchen mechanical rooms clean and in good order.+ Daily kitchen and laundry follow ups+ Ability to follow up the PM Program and the feedback.+ Ability to keep a spare parts list for all equipment+ Able to use test equipment+ Supervises the repair, maintenance and engineering operations according to the departmental standards+ Modifies installations to minimize waste of material and provide access for future maintenance+ Avoids unsightly hazards and complies with all local regulations and codes+ Ensures cleanliness of all work areas and protects the surroundings when executing duties+ Performs repairs and maintenance work to all guest rooms, public and service areas of the hotel to ensure they are well maintained**Physical Requirements****General Requirements****For Mechanical (HVAC) Engineering Supervisor (Option 2) :**+ Knowledge of **Mechanical Engineering**+ Minimum two years of experience preferably in Hotel EngineeringDepartment+ Carryout all maintenance work as per PPM jobs cards.+ Able to install new equipment when necessary.+ To maintain in good working order all Air Conditioning & Refrigeration equipment in the building**Fundamental Requirements**+ Ability to follow up the PM Program and the feedback.+ Ability to keep a spare parts list for all equipment+ Able to use test equipment+ Supervises the repair, maintenance and engineering operations according to the departmental standards+ Modifies installations to minimize waste of material and provide access for future maintenance+ Avoids unsightly hazards and complies with all local regulations and codes+ Guiding and issuing assignment to the shift team.+ Liaison with hotel personal and guest.+ Good understanding of all building Electro-Mechanical systems.+ Verification of technicians workbooks.+ Able to operate the room PPM system.+ Controls equipment PPM job card assignments.+ Responds to all emergencies.+ Coaching and training of subordinates.+ Complete all shift reports and log entries.+ To trouble shoot & repair A/C systems when necessary.+ To learn and carry out fire brigade duties when assigned+ Ensures cleanliness of all work areas and protects the surroundings when executing duties+ Performs repairs and maintenance work to all guest rooms, public and service areas of the hotel to ensure they are well maintained
