Tadmur Holding WLL Hiring for Warehouse Manager Job at Doha Full Time

• Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision

• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
• Responsible for the supervision, development and performance of the warehouse staff.
• Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
• Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
• Resolve performance issues among warehouse staff, maintain a safe work environment and ensure that employees are following all rules and regulations.
• Establish Key Performance Indicators related to strategy that track progress.
• Demonstrates knowledge of warehouse operations to include inbound and outbound activities, inventory, data, customer service.
• Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance as needed.
• Assisting Finance Department on specific requirements for routine operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Communicate, execute and manager marketing and merchandizing programs.
• Execute and monitor loss prevention and shrink programs.
• Management of all store operational issues (housekeeping, administrative duties, physical inventories, price changes etc.).

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in similar position and organization.
• Should have experience in managing multiple warehouses/ stores.
• Should have strong operations experience in receiving, stock and inventory.
• Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedure and policy.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Demonstrated leadership, decision making, problem solving and people management skills including ability to effectively coach and mentor employees at all levels.
• Effective analytical, planning and organizational skills.
• Bilingual (English and Arabic)
• Degree in Retail Management/ Warehousing/ Supply Chain/ Logistics
• Must have transferable Residence Permit with NOC.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to QAR20,000.00 per month
