The Restaurant Manager is a management position that reports directly to the Operating Partner and requires little direction in performing their job. This position is responsible for managing and executing all front-of-house functions according to P.F. Chang’s established procedures and in accordance with the direction of the Operating Partner. Restaurant Manager is a lead front-of-house management role. He/she must effectively communicate with all levels of employees and management throughout every shift.
