🎯 The Role

We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer acquisition.

You’ll collaborate with content, design, product, and business teams to create effective marketing initiatives and maximize campaign performance.

🚀 What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Manage paid and organic marketing initiatives, including search, social media, email, and content marketing
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data and insights
• Conduct keyword research and support SEO and SEM initiatives
• Create and manage marketing calendars, campaigns, and promotional activities
• Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce engaging marketing assets
• Analyze audience behavior, campaign metrics, and market trends
• Prepare reports and present marketing performance insights to stakeholders
• Support lead generation, customer engagement, and brand awareness initiatives

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing roles
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
