🎯 The Role

We’re looking for a knowledgeable Plant Specialist to support plant health management, cultivation practices, and environmental care strategies across projects and operations.

You’ll provide expertise on plant selection, growth conditions, maintenance, and problem-solving to ensure optimal plant health and sustainability.

🚀 What You’ll Do

• Monitor and assess plant health, growth, and environmental conditions
• Provide recommendations on plant care, soil management, and irrigation practices
• Identify plant diseases, pests, and nutrient deficiencies and suggest treatments
• Support planning and implementation of cultivation and landscaping projects
• Advise on plant selection based on climate, soil, and project requirements
• Conduct research on plant biology, sustainability, and horticultural best practices
• Collaborate with operations and project teams on green initiatives
• Maintain records of plant performance and maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Botany, Horticulture, Agriculture, Environmental Science, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in plant care, horticulture, landscaping, or agricultural roles
• Strong knowledge of plant biology, soil science, and pest management
• Experience with irrigation systems and plant maintenance techniques
• Strong observational and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently in a remote or field-support environment
• Familiarity with sustainable or eco-friendly practices is a plus
• Experience in commercial landscaping or agricultural projects is preferred
