Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Manama for a Customer Relations Specialist. The daily responsibilities include managing customer relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction, resolving customer inquiries with professionalism, and delivering excellent customer support. The specialist will also collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Retention and Customer Satisfaction
• Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service
• Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to handle customer concerns effectively and build lasting relationships
• Experience with CRM tools and customer interaction platforms is a plus
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
• A proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
