Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Turyap Properties. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years of administrative experience in the real estate industry, with a strong background in managing property listings on Dubai’s leading property portals. If you’re a highly organized, communicative, and proactive individual with a passion for real estate, we would love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
Property Listings: Manage and update property listings on leading Dubai real estate portals (e.g., Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle) to ensure accuracy and visibility.
Client Support: Handle client inquiries, schedule property viewings, and provide assistance to buyers, sellers, and renters.
Documentation: Prepare, organize, and maintain property-related documents, such as contracts, tenancy agreements, and other real estate paperwork.
Office Administration: Assist with general office management tasks including data entry, filing, and handling phone/email communications.
Marketing Support: Assist with marketing activities, such as drafting property descriptions, preparing promotional content, and updating social media channels.
Coordination: Coordinate with agents, property owners, and vendors to ensure smooth processes for property transactions.
Operational Support: Ensure the day-to-day operations of the office run smoothly, including managing office supplies and assisting with other administrative duties as needed.
Key Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of administrative experience, ideally within the real estate sector in Dubai.
Skills:
Proven experience with property listing platforms (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Turkish or Arabic is a plus).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and real estate CRM tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle tight deadlines.
