Taraki Hiring for Executive Assistant at Karāchi, Sindh, Pakistan Full Time NEW

We are recruiting for a US-based startup to work closely with their CEO. This is a full-time remote role that is expected to work US EST hours 9am to 5pm (i.e. 6pm to 2am Pakistan Standard Time). The salary range for this role will be Rs. 275,000 – 400,000 per month.

About The Role

Your mission is to protect the CEOs time, energy, and attention. You create leverage across multiple companies and help the CEO operate at peak performance.

The CEO runs three different businesses within the healthcare space: i) Physician-led staffing, ii) Chronic care telehealth, iii) Physician education + community. You will be responsible for the following aspects:

Inbox & Communication Command

• Own and organize CEO inboxes and messaging channels
• Draft responses, track follow ups, manage pipeline communication
• Maintain relationships with physicians, partners, media, vendors
• Ensure no lead or follow up is missed

Calendar Ownership & Schedule Optimization

• Manage calendar with priority alignment
• Time block and protect deep work sessions
• Prepare daily briefings and meeting notes
• Coordinate calls, travel, and speaking events

Systems, SOPs, and Operations

• Build and maintain SOPs
• Develop and organize Notion HQ: SOP Library, Dashboards, Physician & Hospital database, Content hub, Travel & logistics
• Create operational clarity and systemize workflows

AI & Automation Leverage

• Use ChatGPT and automation tools for drafting, organizing, summarizing, and workflows

Content & Brand Media Support

• Pull quotes, clips, and insights from video and podcasts
• Organize content for marketing team
• Research trends in healthcare, entrepreneurship, AI

Project & Initiative Management

• Track objectives across all companies
• Support launches, events, travel, partnerships
• Maintain weekly priority systems
